Help! Bought my mother these wireless cameras for Mother's day 2019. About 10 days ago the camera has been stuck in a offline status. I have done all the troubleshooting steps. Taking the battery in and out. I have synced the camera to the base several times, it says it synced then the blue light shuts off. I have reset the base, I have reset the internet. I'm at a loss. Could this camera be broke? Thank you!

The camera or base station might have failed.
