Batteries wont recharge?

I have recharged my batteries already once, not a big deal but now they wont recharge. Whats the problem? I bought the rechargeable system so I didn't have to buy new batteries.

Though it's written for the Pro and Pro 2, I think it also applies to the Pro 3 and the Ultra.

 

FWIW, this situation is rare - not something I've run into myself.
