Arlo Pro base is not connecting to the internet via cable

Hello there 

 

My Arlo base is not connecting to the internet via cable ...i changed the cable but still not connecting 

 

 

Any ideas

Try and reset the base unit by holding in the reset for about ten secs till the front leds flash amber...attemp to connect again

What are the LEDs on the base showing? Both power and Internet should be green.

for some reason my internet light will no turn green. infact it doesnt show any color. iv tryed reset the base but that doesnt do anything there is no light.

 

the router is reconising that the base is connected but the base is not responding.

 

the only light that is on green is the power  light

No LED on the Internet one means there's no connection to the router.  You may see the port LED on the router show something but if it isn't supplying an IP address, it's broken.  Try a different cable and router port.  If still no good, it's the port on the base.  Swap at the store or open a case with support since it's a hardware problem.
