I have the latest version app on a samsung Galaxy S9.  I have 3 cameras, 2 are Arlo Pro and 1 is Arlo Pro 2. 

On the Arlo Pro cameras my app is showing that the sound is greyed out, but the Arlo Pro 2 camera is showing that the sound is activated.  When I go into my settings all three cameras are set to Audio, is this just a glitch with the app or is the audio not working?

Are your rules for the Pro cameras set for audio detection?

Yes under each camera setting the Audio settings are on for both microphone and speaker and set to 100%

I said your rules, not settings. All settings for how a camera works are defined in your modes and rules. Read the FAQs here on chnging modes and rules as well as creating your own custom modes for complete control.

I also had the same issue about the greyed out speaker icon. Thanks for the helpful tip and it is related to the rule set up under "Mode".
