That didn’t do it..........what eventually worked was refreshing “things” within the Stringify app. Problem seems to happen when app hasn’t been used for an extended amount of time.

Hey @KawBoy,
Have you tried to log out, uninstall the app, restart your phone, and reinstall the app to see if that fixes the issue?

When my token ran out on Arlo (disabling fingerprint recognition), I logged in manually to verify who I was.
