Arlo Pro VMS4230 How To Turn Notifications Off?

I keep getting notifications to my email everytime motion is detected and I would like to turn it off. I went into notifications but there is no option there.

Read the FAQs here on how to do this. The ability to turn notifications on and off are in your modes and rules. Use the Mode tab, click on your base and edit your modes.
