We have three Arlo Pro VMC4030 cameras - 2 work fine, one will not charge even with a new battery. The battery is expensive and we want to return it as it was not the problem - do you think that's even possible?
The blue light comes on but on the Arlo Dashboard this camera is begging to be charged. I've turned the system off then rebooted, nothing. Do they make these anymore? If so, I would be happy to trade a new battery for a new camera + difference. Help!

Have you tried removing the camera from the account and reinstalling it again?
