Hi All,
I purchased 3 arlo pro camera and a base station 2 years ago and it was working until last month. Now all my recordings gone from my account and also subscription is grayed out. Now I cannot even connect to base station or camera. Is this company stop doing business.

The company is still in business, but services have been discontinued in mainland China and in Russia. Are you in one of those locations?
FWIW, those actions were taken quite a while ago (more than a month), so I am thinking your problem might be something else. But it is worth confirming that you aren't in those two countries first.
