I purchased 4 Arlo Pro cameras with a base unit about 8 months ago.  One of my cameras stopped working.  But if I plug it into an outlet via the charging unit, the camera operates and synchs to my system.  IT WILL NOT function wirelessly, nor will it RECHARGE BATTERIES.

Any suggestions?

ARLO!!!!!!  Your customer support    Yes they called me, yes, they troubleshooted the camera, YES they decided it was bad and sent me an RMA to return it for a new one, BUT NO FRIGGIN RMA NUMBER!!!!!!   YOU STATE RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER, BUT YOUR SUPPORT IS TOO STUPID TO PROVIDE ONE!!!!!arloBS.jpg
