Unable to upgrade my plan to premiere.
I go through the payment process, but in settings i am still on “basic and have none of the premiere options.
Support is India based and does me no good.

It is 5 days later and I am still unable to purchase Premiere. Help line keeps saying “the engineers synched the account, but your purchase still doesn’t show.
Too late to return the whole system to the store. I regret the purchase.
If I get my credit card statement and there are a bunch of $1.00 or $9.99 purchases on there but I still fon’t have upgraded service, I will then have grounds to sue.
