So everyone is getting super bad pixelated/low quality video from their Arlo Pros with this last update, right? I didn't think they could do worse than the previous update, but they proved me wrong!

As far as the basic Arlos go, the video is still lousy, sitll pixellating. Much worse than before the round of firmware upgrades that began in May.

 

Are we to understand that nothing will be one about that?

Yes I agree.....my picture has gotten worse and now i'm not getting notifications.....

My firmware has still not updated. Would you please tell when it will automatically update?

I still have NOT received any firmware updates. 

I've heard it's automatic and I was given a link to update manually. The link goes to my own devices, there are 'no updates available'. If there are updates available, why has my system not received them?

This update was for the Arlo Pro camera not the Arlo Pro 2. I apologize for the confusion this may have caused.

What firmware is running in your base station and cameras?
