Getting tired of cameras getting tired ....all my 6 base station cameras are loosing their ability to detect motion it’s slowly been going down hill for the last couple months and today they completely stopped detecting motion (today 09/16/18) Can you...??? effectively provide a software fix so the cameras can have their motion sensitivity adjusted ????
or I’m boxing the Arlo’s up and asking for a refund...

Stay hopeful - I’m on the field trial firmware and it is performing as expected = no battery drain problems.

I don’t know how to answer that ..except that there is not a power drain and yes there is a problem the cameras are not picking up motion. I would hope this is not “performing as expected”

Hi Fiated-long,
Have you checked to see if your cameras are still armed and if the motion detection logo (running man) is black & not grey?

Thanks ,
yeah this is not my first rodeo,
I’ve had them for a little over a year and the only thing I can think of “now” being, is a network problem.
The only significant change I made was in the device / video settings and creating ( Zone) for one camera .
I have since remove those settings and now there is some form of semblance.

Is there a time of day this occurs? I know you mentioned it completely stopped recording recently on 9/16. Are your cameras still not detecting motion as of today?

My motion detection has been terrible since that May upgrade, employees can now walk up to a work vehicle get in and drive away without the cameras recording. Camera are now set to 100% and in the same position they Have been in since March and were working correctly before May. My system now sucks with multiple issues since May. I have received 2 base station replacements, one battery replacement and two camera replacements since that May firmware and it still doesn't work as it did before May. I am now waiting on a Reolink Argus 2 camera to test and if it works as it is supposed to I will be replacing Arlo Pro's with Reolink.

Yeah it’s not just this one thing it a combination of things and with the line expanding the resources for maintenance it just does look good beside who wants something that works half the time..
