Locked Out Of Account For Months

I am locked out my account so cannot access my cameras. I have tried to reset my password - it keeps saying my account (email) does not exist. That said Arlo keeps sending me emails to that address saying my batteries are low. I try to create a community account with that email address and it says the account already exists. !!! WT*

Go to the bottom of the page and click "Contact Support" and open a support ticket. It's obviously a backend issue with your account
