I use it for a clinic and I need to have it record all the times that there was motion and let's say a min after. I don't want it to sound siren nor to send me emails while it is doing that. I can't figure out a way to do that from the mobile application.... please help
Also how can I make it record all the the time during the working hours (9am to 5m) regardless of motion detection?

None of the Arlo cameras are designed for continuous recording. The closest you can come are the Pro 2 cameras (when AC powered) and the Q which then enables you to subscribe to CVR. That streams the whole time but is reactive since you have to go back and view the footage and it's not downloadable without using 3rd party screen capture software.
