Arlo Pro Granted access help

I granted access to my mother, to view my Arlo cameras, after updating the Arlo app on my mother's iPad, it was still running legacy, it still worked even running legacy, after I updated to the latest version of the Arlo app, she can no longer access my cameras.  You either have to log-in or create an account.  Would she have to create an account to view my cameras again?  Thanks.

She should be able to log in to her account and access the granted features.

once my mother clicked the link she received in her email it granted her viewing privileges again, thanks.
