I’m trying to charge my rechargeable battery for the 1st time since the initial charge when I received it 5 months ago. I’m using the charger that came with it and when I plug it in the orange light flashes for a few seconds then stops. Is there something wrong with the battery or is there something else I need to do. The app is saying I need to replace the batteries. Any help will be appreciated. Thank in advance.

If the battery is totally dead, you may have to try this:

For me I ended up needing to resync the camera and it was fixed. Battery was actually charged, but sync was off.
