Or your local Internet connection. The servers are actually Amazon AWS servers which likely can't be slowed down short of an attack. Anything between you and the servers, in the great World Wide Wait, can be the issue. If you feel motivated enough, you can use traceroute to help figure out where the slowdown is.

Having the same issue. On PC the video was not loading, just the Arlo symbol when attempting to access an alert for a video.
When I attempted on the phone, got an error message that said database services were down...
