Android Log's zip file password

Hello Team, I'm trying to read the logs from the Android app. 
Called the support and got the info that I could download the log's from the support section on the app.

Once I have the zip file I'm not able to open it? What will be the password?

AFAIK, Arlo doesn't publish it - the log is intended for use by Arlo only.

Personally I'd like to have access to it.
