After updating app, wireless cameras giving error message when I try to charge batteries. Reset base many times. Removed batteries and tried again. Using Arlo cable. No response from customer support live chat.

I am experiencing same issue. Charged a camera fully yesterday, no usage over last 24 hrs, but now camera notice says only 12% battery left.
