Cameras were working but Base won't connect to internet. Don't see "My Devices" option.

The cameras were working and all of a sudden the base won’t connect to the internet. When I go into the settings I do not get “My Devices” option. Can anyone help.

Don't stress over step 7, since your base was connected before it's unlikely that ports have become blocked.

 

FWIW, one of my own bases misbehaved that way, starting in late October.  I ended up removing all the cameras connected to that base, the doorbell, chime, and the base station itself from the account; then reset the base.  Finally I re-added the base and the cameras, etc.  It seems to be working now.

 

I do wish there was a better way - the process took me about an hour, even though the cameras and doorbell were all accessible.
