Why does the access on my mobile phone app disconnect?
And then, in order to access it again, it requires a security code that is sent to my email, but which I have to access from a different screen on the phone.
So it always disconnects from the Arlo app briefly, and then instantly requires another security code - and the cycle continues.
Never able to provide the security code on the required screen, because of having to go to a different screen for the number!? Oy.
How to resolve?

Normally you'd add the phone to the trusted device list. Have you done that?

I have done that in the past, and then it seems to boot it out.

Not right away - it works for a while - and then stops accessing.

Go into Profile, then two-step verification. See if the phone is in the trusted device list.

Yes, my cell phone is listed there as a trusted device already.

Is there a check next to the phone?
Maybe try removing and reinstalling the app.
If you have a PC, maybe check for the email verification on the PC, to eliminate the need to switch screens on the phone.
