2 Arlo Pro Cameras - 1 NOT sending Alerts & 1 does

Two  Pro cameras are connected to base station, both have motion-detection enabled and BOTH are successfully recording video to cloud but only 1 sends alerts to my email.  Any suggestions?

Yes, the eamil addresses and push ( toggles ) are in the MODE

mode/ armed-edit

email settings are PER camera..make sure the camera has the proper email address and toggled on

I am using the Netgear Arlo website (not smartphone app) ... Individual camera settings has no field for email.  Only settings under Camera are: On/Off; Battery state; Connection & Camera LED.  My email address does appear under Settings for Base Station.  Is there some other menu or pull-down that I'm missing?

THANK YOU !!!   You were spot-on ... discrepancy between the two cameras.  I made the change BUT must wait until I get home to trigger recording.  Will close out and click RESOLVED button then!
