Is it possible to use 2 Arlo Pro Base stations?
How will the Arlo Pro cameras know which Base station to use?
Will it be easy to access the Arlo Pro cameras using 2 base stations?

Yes, you can use any number of base stations in various places. The cameras are synced to the specific base and are not shared between bases in any way. You can use the individual logins for multiple master accounts if needed or use guest accounts to collect them in one login. Don't forget that you only have 5 cameras per free account but unlimited bases.

If i uderstand it correctly, if i use 2 bases from the VMS4430 (4 cameras) and VMS4130 (1 camera), so the Arlo Pro cameras will connect to each base and not be able to distribute the load?
Also, all 5 Arlo pro cameras from 2 base stations can be access using one login account?

Yes you can use more than one base... Each set of cameras are sync to the closest base for the best signal... The cameras can only be synced to one base at a time and each base will local record only those sync'ed to it.
As to 5 cameras on the Basic level ( no problem )... The service level is based on number of cameras not bases....they will show up in the same app/ program even if at different locations.
