My vmc4060 takes forever to load to see what is happen in video. It is like I am in dialog mode. My internet is average.

How is the camera connected - to a hub or to your WiFi? Bring the camera closer to the device it's connected to for testing.

WIFI ROUTER AND THE CAMERA IS OUT THE WINDOW 3' FROM WIRED CAT 5 ROUTER AND STILL LOADS REAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL SLOW

@klgruell please reach out to support. Within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the issue.
