We had my son over to install two new upgraded cameras, Arlo Pro 5S.  He is the main account holder, but does not live with us.  I was at work last week when he came to install the new cameras.  My app was already updated and working fine before he upgraded our system.  He can see all the old, Arlo Spotlight cameras and the two new cameras (Pro 5S) in his Library, but I can not see any.  He has granted us acess but we can't see any of the cameras.  I am getting the alerts from all the cameras but nothing is showing up in the "Library".  It tells me to "Activate an Arlo Secure plan".  Yet, we already have one.  Help please

You need to migrate your account to the new "Feed" interface ("Feed" is the new "Library").

Do that by going into add device, and start to add a Pro 5s camera.  This will of course fail, since you don't have one to add to your account.  But it will migrate to you "Feed" before you get stuck.  (You AREN'T trying to add one of Pro 5S cameras in your son's account.  This is just a hack to force your account to migrate to "Feed").

There is an issue Arlo is still working on - you will be able to see the Pro 5s cameras after you do this, but you won't be able to arm/disarm the system.

Another path is that you could use your son's email address/password to log into the app.  Then you'd have full control.  If all the cameras are on your property, then this might be better than continuing to use the "friend" account.
