Hi All,

Just wondering has anyone have an issue with setting of the sirens through the app, manually.
I have been having issues since September, 2024. 
The team at Arlo can not seem to fix the issue. just wondering if someone has the same issue.

Is this happening with the Pro 5s camera (or a different model)?

 

Is the camera paired with an Arlo hub, or is it connected to your home wifi?  If you are using a hub, what model is it?

I have a variety of cameras, including the Arlo Essential, Pro 4, Pro 5, and Arlo GO 2—about a dozen in total. I've been working with the Arlo support team since September, going back and forth to troubleshoot, and nothing is fixed. Now I realize I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.

No hub, prior September i had no issues.

Can you activate the sirens from a different handheld device?

NO !!

i have tried mulitpul devices, from Android to Apple

Is the Shield logo missing or are they not alerting after Activating the siren?
