I can’t get my 5th camera to connect

Hi I have the pro S for an elderly father. I have placed all 5 but can only activate 4. The 5th blinks blue but while searching for arlo devices the camera blinks orange and the camera never connects.

Have you checked the wifi signal strength at the camera location?  You can use the free Ookla speedtest app on your phone for this.  Make sure you turn off mobile data when running the test.  You need at least 2 mbps upload at the camera location (ideally more).
