I installed 3Pro 5s cameras. All 3 show live feed but only one records. When I hunt through the options for the cameras the record for 5 minutes is selected but grayed out. Any suggestions?

Are all three cameras in a subscription plan?  (trial or paid)

I am on the free trial to see if I want to pay or not. So far I think I will pass..

I suggest double-checking that the trial hasn't expired for the problem camera.

It shows I still have until May to use the trial.. Per the advertisement I should be able to use all of the features they have. I am not able to use most of them. I tried the zone feature and all it did was tell me I have to connect the AC back up. (It is wireless and does not have AC connected  ??)

That's a clue that the problem Pro 5s is no longer in a subscription plan.

 

You could try Arlo phone support (which you get via the app).
