New camera wont connect to existing hub / wifi

Just purchased a pro 5s 2k and no matter what i do it will not connect to the arlo base station or a wifi network. The app just keeps searching for the camera until everything times out. Existing system is pro 3 and pro 4 cams with a hub that I got with the pro 3 cams

Is the battery charged? Are you using a VPN? If so, disable it. You may also want to try disabling cell service to force only WiFi.
