Even when pushing the camera’s release button, my camera will not slide out of its case

Please help… could my camera be jammed inside its case? It doesn’t release when I push the white release button

The O-ring can stick.

Try shaking it (carefully), and then see if you can grab the camera body and pull it out.

A bit of silicone grease around the O-ring can fix this in the future.
