When I go to live view and go to full screen the only way I can find to go back is press the 3 dots at top of screen and close the page.  The problem is it takes me out of the app and I have to relaunch it.  Is there another way to get back to shrink the picture and get access to the menu at the bottom of the page?

    When I touch the video in full screen mode, I see the shrink icon (two arrows pointing at each other) in the top right of the screen.  When I touch that icon, it exits full screen mode.

     

    This is with iOS.
