When I turn off a camera I. The app, it's impossible to turn it back on. Just says ots offline even though my rputer has it connected. Have to remove the device the from the app completely for then to sync it back to have it in the app. Feels like a cheap product. Tried taking the battery out for 10 secs and other troubleshooting. No fix.

As a guess it may be a problem with the mobile app if the web portal shows ok.
What mobile platform are you using?
Which app UI experience do you have?
Normally the web portal is the buggy app.
