We are having a problem with the videos, when I go through each video the camera takes that day. I click on manage events and proceed to check off the videos I viewed and don't need to save. Problem is that the video does not delete and if it does it's a delayed reaction, it deletes only two at a time or not at all. Not sure what to do about this ongoing problem, anyone experience this?

To be clear, you're not only selecting videos but also the trashcan icon, right? Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app as well as trying a different device? What happens if you use the web client (my.arlo.com) to do this?

Yes, I am selecting the videos and using the trash can icon. They are not deleting or very slow to delete, at times I can only delete two at a time. I will have my son reinstall the app, thank you. I'll see if that works, which I hope it does.
