Can I use Arlo pro 5 with solar charger as a live monitor on my tablet. I want to be able to look at my tablet at any time and monitor my pets outdoors without waiting for load time.

Prob not.... As the solar panel is a trickle charger, it doesn't put out enough power to run the camera live all the time.

The camera battery  would be depleted in a short time. 

Even if you use an ac adapter, the camera has a time out factor built into the app/software. IIRC, the time out is about 30 mins max ( so as not to deplete battery if left on accidentally ).

So you would have to log into the camera again.
