Hi, any ideas about how to get night vision working?

3 of my 4 cameras don't seem to be working, the image I expect to see flashes up for a split second before going almost totally dark.

Settings mirrored across devices. Any help greatly appreciated.

  1. Is the Night Vision setting set to "Black & White"?  Or is it set to "Color"?
  2. Is the Spotlight turned on?

With these settings, the spotlight should come on when the camera records at night.  So check for that by walking in front of the camera after dark.

 

But when you are livestreaming the cameras at night, the spotlight has to be turned on manually.

 

You could also try setting Nightvision to "Black & White" (which is actually infrared).
