Bad video quality, 2k is not 2k

Very pixelated video quality. Settings is set to best quality, internet speed is 200mps up 20mps down on both 2.4ghz and 5ghz. Video is zoomed all the way out. Reviews of this camera seem different quality, have I been sold fakes? I'm about to return and buy different brand.
