My camera was working fine until four weeks ago, it went offline. I've tried all the online advice, including removing the device and resetting it. Initially Arlo could not find my camera. I uninstalled the app and downloaded again. Everything seemed like it was working OK, and the camera responses were there, then nothing, still offline. I'm not the most tech savvy, and am finding this extremely frustrating

Since it could be a faulty camera, use the app to go to Settings, Support, select your camera and scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support for a possible RMA.
