I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:
How do I connect my Arlo device to Apple HomeKit?

I appreciate the fast reply but to be honest, there is NO WAY i will create a new home on apple homekit. That means i will lost all my lights, sensors, climatisation…. I looked at the link you sent and this is what was recommended. Please find a different approach. This is a problem that Arlo need to figured out.

I was able to find a workaround by going into the Apple Homekit and discover my basestation instead of recreating a new home. So as for the 12 cameras i have i can see all if them. The only issue i still have is that i do have multiple cameras with no responses from my Apple Homekit App bu i can remove them from my home summary.
