Can not get my arlo 5 cameras to connect to my UNIFI wifi access points. Have set wifi to 2.4ghz. Spent total of 4 hrs on chat with support with no luck.

What LED behavior are you seeing when you attempt to connect the cameras? How far along are you able to get in the app before onboarding fails?

After scanning the QR code the blue light flashes for about 5 seconds then stops. Support had me factory reset the cameras but didn't help.
As a side note I needed a camera where I don't have wifi coverage, so i purchased a wifi hotspot from verizon and it set up that camera with no issues.

Try checking your security type within your router. Change to WPA2, if it's not selected already.
Also try checking to see if there are any additional firewall settings enabled.
