Hello Arlo Support Team,
I recently purchased the Arlo Pro 5S camera, but I am facing an issue with setting it up in the Indian region. When I try to configure the camera using the Arlo Secure app, the Pro 5S model does not appear under the "Pro Cameras" section, making it impossible to proceed with the setup.
I’ve made sure that I am using the latest version of the app, but the issue persists. I’m wondering if this is a region-specific problem, as the Pro 5S seems to be missing only in this area. Could you please clarify whether the Pro 5S camera is currently supported in India? If not, when can we expect an update to add support for the Pro 5S model in the app?
I would appreciate any information regarding a timeline for this fix or updates that will address this issue.

You need Arlo Secure to operate Pro 5, and it's not available in all regions.

I have Arlo secure app and pro 5s camera model is not enabled in this app, if you download the app from India.
