I am reading a lot of problems with LOGGING IN to the web portal, however, I am having trouble LOGGING OUT! Both LOG OUT button are unresponsive and inactive. I have to close my browser and then cannot log in for a time on the phone app. I use the web portal because I cannot see the little videos on the tiny screen of the phone even when going full screen. How can anyone get suspicious detail on a tiny screen. I sign in on the arlo website and go to my arlo.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
