We have 4 cameras, I can see them and no one else in the house can.  I have unintalled/reinstalled the app on their phones, I have resent invites, and the invites show as accepted.  Nothing.  If I knew how difficult this setup would be, lawsie...

Checked that the invitation was shown as accepted in my account.   Three times.  I have removed and re-added.

His app shows "Library" at the bottom, mine shows "Feed".  I am the primary (just cause I set this stuff up).  Does this mean that he set up his account before I sent the invite and now cannot see any account but his own?   What else should I try?

Seems like Arlo is trying to make it difficult to get support...I have been redirected to the bot @ 10 times and they keep trying to check my internet speed.

He'll need to migrate his account to "Feed" in order to see your cameras.  He can do that by starting to add a Pro 5s camera to his system.  He doesn't need to have that camera - he just needs to pretend he does.  The install can't be completed, but the workflow will migrate him to "feed" before je jas to stop.

There are limitations to "Feed" - in particular it only has 3 modes, and no ability to add custom ones.  Also, scheduling and geofencing work differently, and lots of people have struggled to get them to work correctly.   Once he migrates to "Feed" he cannot change back to "Library", so it is important that he understand these limitations before he migrates.
