I have Arlo Pro 4 XL, I am on iPhone iOS 17.1.2. The Arlo notification has no problem to show in notification center, but there is no badges on the app icon. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Uninstall the app from the library ( if it says remove app you are in the wrong spot) Reinstall the app and see if the behavior is resolved.

I tried to delete Arlo app (can't find uninstall) from library, then reinstall the app, but same issue occurs. Thanks!

If you swipe left on the iPhone until it shows library and then hold down the Arlo app it will say uninstall. Let's try to do it that way first.

Delete app and then reinstall it from the App Store. Then sign back into the Arlo app and see if the same behavior happens.

Can you try logging out and logging back in. I know it seems like a simple fix, however I was seeing this same behavior. And that resolved it for me.
