Recently upgraded to Pro 4 cameras, and now my husband can’t view the footage on his app. I’ve read about the UI change and to look for feed vs library, but we both have library, so that doesn’t seem to be the issue. I logged him out then back in, and re-shared. Thoughts?

Can you double check that you allowed the access rights for this specific camera(s)?
You will need to add the device as one of the cams he can access.
