Whole point of having a security system is being able to view the activity while away from home.
Receive a notification of activity, click the android arlo app icon, go to library and click a video to play. If I'm on data video will not play. I get "Buffering..."
If I'm on wifi then library video plays fine.
I did the Arlo Support chat. Was an absolute waste of time.
I'm just about ready to return all my Arlo products for a refund and go with another security system.
My phone is a Note 8 running Andriod 9.
Anyone else having the same problem?

I found the solution to the problem on Thursday evening.
Change Settings-> Connections-> Network Mode from Global to LTE/CDMA.
Now library videos play when using data or wifi.
