I have Arlo Pro 4. One of the units display a reddish tint. Removing battery a shaking the unit did not fix the problem. Rejoining the network did not help either. What is next?

Assuming you have a subscription, use Settings, Support (Center) to choose your camera model and get choices to contact official support for a possible RMA.

If the camera was just purchased, it will be faster and cheaper to exchange it with the seller.
