So, using the app, they assign friends to access the cameras they create accounts login and see a dashboard screen, where they’re supposed to add cameras to their account. They have no idea which cameras to add, because the cameras should be visible from the ones that I selected for them to see. I’ve also checked the box for administrative access rights, saved their profile, but they still can’t see any of the cameras. Has anybody else had this problem? This is using the app.

Do you see "Dashboard" and "Feed" in your account? Or do you see "Library".
If you see "Library" you need to migrate your account to "Feed". You can do that by going into "add device" and adding a home security systtem (or a Pro 5s camera). That won't complete, since you don't own one. But the process will migrate you to "Feed".
"Feed" is very different, and has some limitations. If you use custom modes, you will find it frustrating. Once you migrate to it, there is no going back.
