I am unable to reconnect my Pro 4 cameras (3 total) after changing internet providers. I have contacted the provider and the new system is a 5 instead of a 2.4. They reduced the system to 2.4 so I could reconnect and it didnt work. Any advice?

The easy way to avoid this problem is to set up the new router to use the same network name and password as the old one.
What is the router manufacturer/model?
Have you tried the full reset procedure? That is, remove the cameras from the account, and press the sync button until the camera LED flashes amber?
Other steps:
- The WiFi needs to allow WPA2 (AES) connections
- Network names/passwords with punctuation (including spaces) can create problems, so you might need to change them.
- Often on-boarding from a PC (my.arlo.com) works when the phone app fails.
