Arlo Camera won't go back online after power outage

We had a power outage and th cameras wont go back online ,i have two blue lights and one orange .Arlo dosent seem to wanna call me back

Is the orange one 

1. solid,
2. blinking slowly, or
3. blinking fast?

Im sorry 2 green and one orange .the second green is blinking on the base ,seems i cant get back online ,Are you still there

So this is on the base, and not the camera?

Have you tried

• charging the camera(s) - the battery drains pretty quickly if there is an extended power outage.
• power-cycling the base?

The internet LED on the base often blinks, so that is not a concern.
