Hi,
I set up my SmartHub to use port forwarding and am able to remotely connect to my cameras. Right now I have TCP and UDP forwarded to the specified port. My router supports additional configurations where I can specify which services to forward (i.e. http/https/ssh). I would like to tighten up my router settings to only allow to required services. Does anyone know what protocols Arlo uses over TCP or UDP to talk to the base station? Thanks!

Many actually don't when the traffic is encrypted. They let you specify services so that
- they can default to the usual ports
- you can keep track of why you are forwarding the ports.
What router do you have?
You can see if the router actually does filtering by service simplying specifying a couple of random (encrypted) services, and see if direct access to local storage works (remotely) or not.
